Are you affiliated with or connected in any way to any of the companies that provide the compared tools?

No. We are an independent body. Our impartiality is one of the strengths of our comparison tool.

How did you define the criteria that you evaluate the twitter tools with?

We carried out an in depth research of criteria studies. We then did a lot of awesome academic sciencing on the data we found. You can read about it in depth here.

Do you make a profit if I sign up to one of the tools your websites suggests?

Not a penny. This website was born out of a university project aimed solely at helping people making the right choices. Monetizing our service would put our neutrality into question.

Is the data your comparisons is based on up to date?

Analytical tools evolve quickly and (sometimes) go out of service. We take this into account and update our comparison tool data every month. The latest version is from 1st April 2016.

I really like the functionality that this website provides and I would like to adapt it to a different set of products. How can I get in touch?

This website is working a mockup/template. Unfortunately not all functions have been implemented as of yet. Also, Ruth said that it was ok.
